The following steps will assist you in preparing your project for BB Media Productions. Please allow for plenty of time to process your project for your special occasion. I look forward to speaking with you soon.

Step by Step - Online Orders

Step 1

Fill in the contact form with your project request and submit it to me. You can send additional information to me at: info@bbmediaproductions.com.

Step 2

I will contact you within 24-48 hours to discuss your project and how I can best serve you. I will provide you with a cost estimate for your project at that time.

Step 3

You will receive shipping instructions for your media project and an email Invoice for your first installment.

Step 4

I will notify you when I have received your media package. At that time, payment for the first installment will be due. After that, I will begin processing your order and keep you informed.

Step 5

Upon completing your project, I'll email you an invoice for the final payment. After processing your payment, you will receive a download link with all watermarks removed. Your media will then be returned to you via the shipping label you provided.

You will receive directions to the delivery location and an email invoice for your first installment.

Step 4

When I receive your product in person, payment for the first installment will be due. After that, I will begin processing your order and keep you informed.
